Business Development Manager

Juan Carlos is the PATS Business Development Manager for the Latin-American and Caribbean region. Prior to joining PATS, Juan Carlos held Business Development and Sales positions with Science Applications International Corporation; he was a sales manager in L-3 Communications Security & Detection Systems, PerkinElmer S&DS and held similar positions in Chile.

Juan Carlos has extensive experience in developing security programs for seaports, border crossing and airport applications. His background the major technology suppliers provides the necessary experience to develop the best technological solution for our customers; including nonintrusive inspection technology applications for parcels up to cargo containers, radio isotope screening and integration of communications systems for centralized command and control of large scale seaport screening operations.

Juan Carlos holds a bachelor degree in business administration from Universidad de Santiago de Chile. He has 15 years of professional security experience in management, sales, marketing, operations, customer services and start up of new operations internationally.
