Program Management

PATS provides onsite program management and oversight that is critical to the deployment and sustainment of technology based cargo screening systems in customer facilities. PATS Program Managers (PM) are seasoned US Military operations planners who manage projects through all phases of execution and assist end-users in developing CONOPS to ensure that the technology deployment and sustainment is a completely coordinated effort. PATS PM’s provide direct interface with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s), local vendors and end-use customers to ensure all program actions are fully coordinated and aligned with end-user objectives.

PATS’s extensive experience in Southwest Asia and Latin America leading cargo screening operations ensures the highest quality of hands-on management. Many of our program managers are bi-lingual and all receive certification training on the technology that we are responsible to manage and sustain. Based on an extensive regional background and technology experience, PATS PM’s quickly become an integral component to the end-use customer organization and ensure that technology based systems are properly integrated with current operations in accordance with the customer’s intent. Because of the dynamic nature of field operations, our management team is always prepared to support our customers based on their changing needs. PATS PM’s perform the following functions:
