New Equipment Training (NET) and Technical Training

PATS provides multiple OEM endorsed comprehensive Mobile Training Team (MTT) and static facility training programs for US Government personnel as well as Host Nation personnel receiving new equipment to support cargo security screening operations. Our OEM certified FSR’s serve as technical trainers and provide our customers with the capability to provide NET and on-site follow-on training to end-use personnel.

All PATS FSR’s are factory certified to conduct system operator training. By providing the ability for on-site training, PATS eliminates certain deficits that can occur when conducting operator training in a classroom only environment. Effective operator use will ensure that deployed systems perform to their maximum capability.

Since 2004, PATS trainers have provided technical training for cargo screening technologies to more than 2,000 host nation and third country nationals to include Iraqis, Ugandans, British, Polish, Pakistanis, Afghans, South Africans, and Hondurans.

Many technology based security systems are designed to operate at the tactical level. PATS provides tactical trainers who deploy to forward locations with new technologies to support the customer with NET training and assist organizations to develop SOP’s for system employment. Our tactical trainers have substantial experience integrating technology with current operations. Our training background and experience directly translates to a shortened integration period allowing rapid emplacement and maximum benefit from security technologies.
